Wellness massage is tailored to women and includes classic Swedish relaxation, lymphatic drainage, Mayan abdominal massage, breast massage and sound healing. This healing massage helps with system detoxification, digestive issues, pelvic pain and prolapse. It is a wonderfully preventative massage and may assist with pain reduction and swelling.

Medical Massage is geared towards producing tangible results for a variety of myofascial and orthopedic conditions. It can help faciltiate structural alignment and change. Some techniques in medical massage may include myofascial release techniques, neuromuscular rehabilitation, PNF, cupping, deep tissue, trigger point release, stretching and joint mobilization.

Incorporates a relaxing essential oil blend, cupping therapy, heated stones, myofascial release, tuning forks, sound healing and chakra balancing to restore equilibrium and the energy of the body. Includes a free chakra chart to assist you with your healing.

Natural Skin Tightening Remedy with Massage…..80 min/$185

Your skin will love this Ayurvedic-inspired treatment for all types of skin that can become saggy, crepey, and droopy as we lose weight or age. This treatment begins with dry brushing to facilitate lymph drainage and to exfoliate the skin. A light coat of magnesium is sprayed on the body for cellular regeneration and hydration. Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses specific sound frequencies to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Luna Therapy uses a variety of globally inspired instruments including indigenous drums, rattles, flutes, chimes, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and crystal bowls. Weighted tuning forks are used to balance the chakras and release tight muscles. Unweighted tuning forks are tuned to the Solfeggio scale. These healing frequencies were used in the ancient Gregorian Chants, said to open your mind, body and spirit to the Universe’s frequency.
